What You'll Do
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and job cost records
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Prepare account reconciliations and variance analysis
Support financial reporting related to project costs and profitability
Review job cost accuracy and partner with project managers on corrections
Support job cost forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis
Assist with AIA billing, progress billing, and retainage tracking
Monitor contract values, change orders, and budget updates
Support compliance with prevailing wage and contract requirements
Provide financial data to support project and leadership decisions
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience (construction industry a plus)
Understanding of job costing and project-based accounting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software + Excel
