Staff Accountant / Senior Staff Accountant

SUNDEK is expanding its corporate accounting team and seeking a Staff Accountant / Senior Staff Accountant to support general‑ledger accounting, multi‑entity financial operations, and cross‑functional accounting activities. This role works closely with the Accounting Supervisor and Controller and plays a key part in supporting SUNDEK's continued growth.This position is ideal for an accountant who enjoys GL work, reconciliations, ERP interaction, and supporting a fast‑growing, multi‑entity environment.What You'll DoSupport general‑ledger accounting and multi‑entity financial operations.Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close activities.Work cross‑functionally to validate financial data and resolve discrepancies.Assist with ERP reporting, data integrity, and process improvements.Provide operational accounting support as needed across entities.Collaborate with the Accounting Supervisor and Controller on analysis, reporting, and special projects.What You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Strong general‑ledger and reconciliation skills.Experience in multi‑entity or multi‑location environments preferred.Proficiency in ExcelStrong analytical ability, attention to detail, and documentation habits.Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.Work EnvironmentOnsite initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after a training period.Hybrid timing will depend on role mastery and individual performance.Corporate role supporting multiple SUNDEK entities.
