Staff Accountant

Salary: $70,000 – $77,500

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Manage daily cash reconciliations and bank activity
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
• Reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts
• Produce internal financial statements and schedules
• Initiate ACH payments and handle bank transfers
• Support audits, tax filings, and fixed asset tracking

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
• QuickBooks experience preferred
