We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a company that is in major growth mode. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an organization dedicated to operational excellence and financial transparency.

** Responsibilities**

• Work closely with the Controller to ensure daily financial operations are completed
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and submit payment applications, ensuring all necessary documentation and supporting information are included
• Record and track incoming deposits to maintain an up-to-date cash flow overview.
• Make journal entries to reflect adjustments and transactions in the accounting system
• Reach out to clients regarding overdue invoices to ensure any outstanding balances are addressed
• Assist the Controller with month-end and year-end financial statement preparation

** Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance strongly preferred
• 3+ years of proven accounting experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with SAGE, Dynamics, or similar accounting software
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
