Staff Accountant

What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Collaborate closely with the Controller on day-to-day accounting operations
• Support process improvements as the company continues to grow
• Assist with administrative and HR-related functions as needed while maintaining confidentiality
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Background in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume transaction environments preferred
ERP/accounting system experience (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, SAP, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar)
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation schedules
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
