This is an on-site position. Only local candidates will be considered.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform a variety of accounting tasks across A/R, A/P and Inventory Control as part of daily bookkeeping activities.Support AR collections, including customer follow-up and account monitoring.Prepare account reconciliations and assist with detailed financial statement analysis.Organize, maintain, and update company file and accounting records.Complete assigned month-end close responsibilities.Assist with special projects and provide support to the management team as needed.Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSCollege degree in accounting or related fieldMinimum of 1 year of working experience performing similar accounting dutiesHigh-level proficiency with QuickBooks accounting softwareStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and array formulasExperience with Power Query or Power BI is a plusExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and self-motivatedTeam player with positive, collaborative attitudeBENEFITSCompetitive Base Salary depending on experienceHealth, Dental, Vision, LTD and Life Insurance401K planBonus opportunityPaid time offGrowth opportunities within the organizationThe position is located in Sugar Land, TX.#J-18808-Ljbffr
