Staff Accountant - Public Accounting
Location: Greensburg, PA (Onsite)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with public accounting experience to join a growing accounting firm. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with a diverse client base, supporting accounting, financial reporting, and tax preparation functions in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and post journal entries
Convert client accounting data into trial balances
Assist with the preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements
Prepare a variety of tax returns, including:
Individual (1040)
Partnership (1065)
Corporate (1120)
Support clients with bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and general accounting questions
Communicate directly with clients and provide exceptional service

Pay Details: $25.00 to $36.00 per hour
