Staff Accountant

This individual will be responsible for:

• Managing full-cycle accounts payable and corporate disbursements, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, recurring obligations, credit card reconciliations, and 1099 preparation.
• Overseeing treasury and cash management activities by monitoring cash balances, coordinating wire and ACH payments, maintaining bank accounts, and supporting loan draws and intercompany transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with lender, tax, and corporate governance requirements by maintaining filing calendars, loan covenant reporting, entity records, and supporting tax documentation.
• Maintaining accounting documentation, close calendars, and standard operating procedures while helping improve and automate processes through Yardi and other accounting systems.
• Ad hoc work as assigned

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 2+ years of experience from either AP, Treasury, or accounting
• Real estate or private equity experience a plus
• Experience working in Yardi is a plus
• Excel skills to include: sum functions, x/vlookups, and pivot tables
