Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• 
  
• Ledger & Record Management: Maintain accurate general ledger accounts, corporate financial records, and secondary ledgers.
• 
  
• Period-End Close Support: Prepare timely journal entries and complete balance sheet and account reconciliations to facilitate the smooth execution of the monthly close cycle.
• 
  
• Accounts Payable & Expenses: Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports with a high level of accuracy to ensure timely disbursement.
• 
  
• Budgeting & Analysis: Provide data and collaborative support during the formulation of annual operating budgets.
• 
  
• Audit Preparation: Compile required schedules, gather supporting transaction documentation, and assist with inquiries during annual external financial audits.
• 
  
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with internal finance leadership and respond efficiently to informational requests from various departments.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• 1-4 years of accounting experience
•
