Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted resource for accounting-related questions and requests.
• 
  
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
• 
  
• Generate and analyze financial statements, trial balances, and general ledger activity.
• 
  
• Assist with audits, internal control reviews, and financial analysis projects.
• 
  
• Support outsourced accounting and bookkeeping functions for a variety of clients.
• 
  
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance client operations.
• 
  
• Assist with special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as needed.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• 
  
• Strong QuickBooks experience required.
• 
  
• Experience with account reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and month-end/year-end close.
• 
  
• Understanding of GAAP principles and accounting best practices.
• 
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain accounting concepts and recommendations to clients.
• 
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
•
