Kforce has a client in Wilmington, MA that is seeking a Staff Accountant.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support monthly close activities
  • Assist with billing, revenue recognition schedules, and fixed asset tracking
  • Analyze general ledger activity and support issue resolution
  • Support consolidated financial reporting and internal/external reporting requirements
  • Assist with audit support, financial schedules, and ad hoc analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet reporting deadlines
