As a key member of the accounting team, you'll work alongside experienced finance professionals, gain exposure to multiple areas of accounting, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business.


What You'll Do



  • Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

  • Analyze financial data and investigate account variances

  • Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial accuracy

  • Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis

  • Participate in internal and external audits

  • Prepare sales tax and other regulatory filings as needed

  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

  • Collaborate with operations and other departments to support business objectives


What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 1-4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)

  • Strong understanding of GAAP

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
