Staff Accountant - Manufacturing

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will be key in managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities. This position offers an opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to contribute to a growing team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly financial activities, including but not limited to AP, AR, and General Ledger entries.
Timely processing of invoices, expenses, reimbursement reports, and related documents.
Process journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card reports for accuracy.
Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
Maintain financial transaction records and reporting.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and analysis.
Aid with annual and ad-hoc audits.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of related General Ledger accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
Practical ERP and Excel experience
Strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus benefits and performance incentives
