Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level) to join the 777 Design Engineering team based in Everett, Washington .

Position Responsibilities:

+ Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

+ Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

+ Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

+ Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

+ Delivers informational or technical materials.

+ Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

+ Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

+ Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

+ Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

+ Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

+ Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 6+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

+ 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

+ 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

+ 3+ years of Integrated Project Management experience including the use of tools and metrics (i.e., earned value, schedule metrics, technical performance metrics, risk, and opportunity tools)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

+ Ability to clearly communicate at the Executive Level

+ Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Summary Pay Range: $83,300 - $112,700
