About our group:

The Warehousing team within the logistics organization is responsible for managing storage, inventory control, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The team focuses on optimizing warehouse performance, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement through the adoption of automation and AI technologies, including the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS 4WS).

About the role - you will:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Logistics Analyst to support warehouse and logistics operations across media assembly materials, components, and finished goods. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, Warehousing, this role provides hands-on operational and analytical support for day-to-day warehouse activities, 3PL coordination, inventory accuracy, data analytics, budget tracking, and project support for the sites ASRS 4WS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), including new warehouse setup and migration initiatives.

About you:

Warehouse & 3PL Operations

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations managed by the 3PL, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with the 3PL provider on daily activities, issue resolution, and service performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouse suppliers on warehouse services and equipment.

Inventory, Data Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain accurate inventory records across the warehouse and ASRS 4WS through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to support improvements in warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Analyze warehouse trends and historical data to identify patterns in throughput, inventory turnover, and space utilization.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, WMS, and ASRS data to support data-driven decision-making for warehouse operations.
• Track and report on operational KPIs, flagging anomalies or trends that require corrective action.

Budget Planning & Tracking

• Support annual budget planning for warehouse operations, including manpower, equipment, and maintenance costs.
• Track actuals spend against budget, highlighting variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparing cost justifications for warehouse improvement or automation projects.

ASRS 4WS Support & Project Management

• Support ASRS 4WS operations, including UAT testing, inventory migration, and process training for operations and 3PL staff.
• Perform first-level ASRS 4WS troubleshooting and exception handling, escalating complex faults to engineering or vendor support.
• Support project planning and coordination for ASRS 4WS enhancements, upgrades, or expansions, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering, and IT teams on ASRS-related project deliverables.
• Track project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure on-time completion.

New Warehouse Setup & Migration

• Support planning and execution of new warehouse setup, including layout design, racking configuration, and material flow.
• Assist with inventory migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and minimal disruption during transitions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during warehouse commissioning and go-live.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Support compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space utilization and material handling.

Your experience includes:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an O-Level / SPM equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Experience working with or familiarity with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for inventory and performance monitoring.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process discipline

Preferred Skills

• First-level ASRS 4WS troubleshooting capability and experience with UAT, migration, or process training.
• Familiarity with WMS automation modules and ERP integration.
• Experience with warehouse automation technologies.
• Familiarity with ESD handling.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
• Exposure to budget planning, project management, or new site/warehouse migration projects
