As a certified appraiser, you will be responsible for analyzing property information and market trends and providing accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.Job ResponsibilitiesInspect properties and gather data from property stakeholdersAnalyze and evaluate market trends and conditions to determine property valuesProduce accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulationsMaintain current knowledge of real‑estate trends and industry regulationsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholdersParticipate in company training programs and stay up to date with industry best practicesWork collaboratively with team members to ensure high‑quality appraisals and client satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's Degree or associate degree in a related fieldMust be a certified real‑estate appraiser in good standingMinimum of 5 years experience completing residential appraisal assignmentsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with appraisal software and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel to different locations for property inspectionsAbility to work in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environmentCompensationTotal compensation for this role includes 60% of the revenue generated for each completed order, plus a $50 incentive for every order completed beyond 35 in a calendar month.
