POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Loan Services department
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Performs a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth and efficient daily operations of the division/department.
Prepares and images loan/lease files for various SFG Operations departments.
Indexes imaged documents and ensures accuracy of customer information and imaged/indexed documents.
Prepares scanned documents for retention in accordance with Banks retention policy.
Files applicable TBP departmental legal documents properly in the file room.
Updates Imaging reporting logs in Excel for productivity measurement.
Follows up on expiring insurance and maintenance reporting, ensure coverage is in accordance to policy and all certificates are current and in place.
Logs current/renewed certificates and submit for Imaging.
Serves as back-up to the switchboard phone and reception desk.
Performs after funding duties (e.g., file preparation, sending customer document copies, filing customer documents).
Maintains appropriate files and records and distributes materials to department personnel, customers and others as necessary.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
