Advanced Dealer Solutions is an established, independent agency specializing in dealership development for auto, RV and powersports dealers located in Richfield, OH. We are looking to add an experienced, career oriented professional to our team.
This position is for a Staff Assistant who will help assist with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that has a "can-do" attitude and is willing to accept and learn new tasks as assigned, while being entrusted with confidential information.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assist field representatives with daily tasks as they arise
· Organize and maintain company documents
· Prepare company and clients reports, as requested
· Assist in the development of company process models
· Assist with company project/tasks, as assigned
· Manage tasks/requests between our staff and our partners/vendors
· Assist in building sales proposals, product sales comparisons, and pricing documents
Qualifications:
· Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to identify and solve issues/problems with minimal oversight or input from others
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
· Proficient typing skills
· Able to work collaboratively
· Neat, clean, and professional appearance
· A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Able to pass background check and drug screen
