NY based law firm is seeking to hire a full-time Staff Attorney. Eligible candidates must have a Min of Master of Laws or JD, or U.S. foreign equivalent. Practice Immigration law and represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Represent clients in the Family Court. Conduct litigation, file motions, present oral arguments, and appellate work.
Must be admitted to the New York State bar. Report to Principal Attorney and maintain client files and work on firm defined case management database. Able to research using Lexis
Nexis.
Full-time 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
