Job DescriptionTucker Ellis LLP is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our Mass Tort and Product Liability practice in our growing St. Louis office. This position offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to work alongside an award-winning trial team on complex, high-stakes litigation.About the RoleDue to the continued growth of our practice, we are looking for a Staff Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to support our mass tort and product liability matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated litigation work, strong team collaboration, and substantive case involvement without a partnership-track requirement.As a member of our nationally recognized trial team, you will play an integral role in managing complex litigation matters, supporting discovery efforts, drafting substantive legal filings, and assisting with trial preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and motion practiceManage and coordinate large-scale discovery projectsConduct Plaintiff fact and expert witness depositionsReview and analyze case documents, medical records, and expert materialsAssist with deposition preparation and summary analysisSupport all phases of litigation, including fact development, discovery, and trial preparationCollaborate with partners, associates, and litigation support teams on complex mattersAssist with case management and client reportingQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school3+ years of litigation experience requiredExperience in mass tort, product liability, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other complex defense litigation preferredStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExperience drafting motions and managing discoveryExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdmitted to practice in Missouri and IllinoisWhy Tucker Ellis?Our trial practice is nationally recognized for its success in defending complex litigation.
