We're partnering with a well-funded healthcare technology company backed by a prominent family office and experienced operators building AI-native infrastructure for healthcare. The team is focused on solving complex operational and workflow challenges through production-grade AI systems deployed at scale.

What You'll Do

• Design and build backend systems powering AI-driven workflows and automation.
• Develop scalable, reliable services supporting inference pipelines, orchestration, and high-volume data processing.
• Drive architecture across distributed systems, APIs, and platform infrastructure.
• Partner with product, data, and domain experts to bring complex systems from concept to production.
• Mentor engineers and help raise the overall technical bar.

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of full-time experience building and operating production backend systems.
• Degree in comuter science or an adjacent field
• Strong Python expertise with deep distributed systems experience.
• Experience deploying AI-powered products into production environments. \
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication skills
• Particularly interested in candidates from Big Tech, healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare infrastructure, or top-tier consulting organizations with meaningful healthcare domain exposure.
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments is a plus.

Compensation

• Base salary: $180,000 - $250,000
• 20% bonus
