Staff Business Intelligence Analyst

A high-growth consumer rewards and marketing insights company is looking for a staff business intelligence analyst to help build the next generation of its analytics platform using SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with real ownership: you'll build the trusted data models and reusable datasets that power decisions across product, marketing, and finance, and help set the reporting standards a growing analytics team will run on for years.

What you'll do:

Design and build trusted analytics data models in Snowflake and dbt

Create dashboards and self-service reporting products used across the business

Partner with product, marketing, and finance stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions

Required Skills:

4+ years of hands-on BI, analytics engineering, or data analytics experience

Strong current skills in SQL, Snowflake, and dbt

Real experience building dashboards in Sigma or a comparable BI tool

Dimensional modeling and analytics engineering best practices

Location: El Segundo (2 days onsite required)
