This role will oversee projects from concept through construction, with responsibilities spanning site design coordination, drainage studies, permitting, budgeting, and client communication.Manage land development projects from initial planning and design through permitting and constructionCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and external consultantsPrepare and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationLead and review site design efforts, including grading, drainage, and utility layoutsConduct and/or oversee drainage studies, stormwater management plans, and hydraulic analysesNavigate permitting processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communicationReview plans, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and quality controlSupport business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentationsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering2+ years of Land Development experienceProficiency with AutoCAD Civil3DCertifications and/or Licensing RequirementsE.I. or P.E. required#J-18808-Ljbffr
