Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with similar scope projects
Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree; licensed or pursuing licensure
Proven design knowledge in building types comparable to WDG's portfolio, master planning, codes, and zoning
Responsibilities
Develop design documentation under supervision of Senior Architects and Designers
Produce graphic presentations, study models, and client deliverables
Maintain client and consultant communication with supervised independence
Coordinate architectural and interior design integration, balancing functionality, proportions, material selection, and budget
Skillsets
Extensive experience in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape, Bluebeam, and MS Office
Strong graphic presentation and communication skills
Takes ownership of defined project portions and demonstrates team leadership
Translates programmatic requirements into compelling, solution-oriented design concepts
