Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time Staff Development Coordinator to join our Health Services team! This position will lead clinical education and the Infection Control & Prevention program across the health care continuum. The SDC partners closely with HR to ensure consistent, compliant onboarding, annual/regulatory training, and credentialing/records management.

What you'll do:
 

• The SDC partners closely with HR to ensure consistent, compliant onboarding, annual/regulatory training, and credentialing/records management
• Design, deliver, and evaluate campus-wide education
• Coordinate onboarding for clinical team members
• Verify and track licenses/certifications and maintain an auditable compliance dashboard with timely renewal reminders
• Maintain relationships with nursing programs for clinical rotations
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor 

What you'll need:

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or applicable compact state required
• Three (3) to five (5) years of RN experience; experience in adult/staff education preferred
• Two (2)+ years in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric settings preferred
• Proficiency with common applications and EHR/clinical systems
