Staff Developement Coordinator | RN

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Staff Development Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care training to ensure adquacte knowledge in the clinical department with company policies & procedures. You will coordinate training of all New Hires,  maintaing Immuziation Records on New Hires and Residents, over seeing Skill Check offs, scheduling and conducting Mandatory Inservices,  and over seeing Relias completion. 

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
  • Must possess a strong sense of personal organization and time management
  • Must have impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
