Position Overview:
RBM is seeking a self-motivated Staff Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold a Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification and have a passion for design work, analysis, and project execution. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of projects while gaining hands-on experience in an encouraging and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Deep Foundations and Excavations design for challenging Energy-related projects.
  • Perform calculations, prepare technical reports, and interpret field data.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver Constructible safe, valid, and efficient solutions.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Participate in site visits, testing, and inspections.

Requirements:
  • FE Certification
  • Education or background in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor Degree or higher or 2+ years' experience
