Staff Engineer

You'll be tasked with designing and managing project plans, offering ROI analyses for equipment enhancements, and sourcing state-of-the-art manufacturing tools. Our ideal candidate will optimize production parameters, update procedural documentation, and contribute to custom tooling design. In a supportive capacity, you'll ensure operational excellence by monitoring process yields, enhancing quality, and resolving production issues efficiently. You will also play a key role in developing training materials for new hires and supporting maintenance teams with equipment troubleshooting. Expertise in product codification and comprehensive understanding of BoM structures is essential. Candidates must possess a relevant degree and proficiency in CAD tools, GD&T, ERP systems, and Lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in MS Office and a flexible schedule are also required.
