Advanced degree preferred.At least 10 years related experience or the equivalent combination of graduate-level education and experience required.Technical leadership experience in a highly focused cross-functional team including marketing, electrical, firmware, test engineering, UXD, operations, and program management within a large development project is preferred.Working with operations and tooling suppliers to transfer the design to manufacturing.Experience with mechanical CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks 2019), DFSS, FEA, material selection, sheet metal design and fabrication, plastic injection molded part design tooling and qualification; tolerance analysis, GD&T.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to apply sophisticated mathematical concepts to tasks such as statics, kinetics, strength of materials, reliability testing, analysis of variance, correlation studies and sampling theory, statistical analysis.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
