36 hours guaranteed per week
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
Long-term opportunity (36-month position)
2 positions available
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus with a two-year commitment
Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hour
Weekend Differential: $3.25/hour
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience preferred
Current RN license required
Current AHA BLS certification required
Acute care hospital experience required
Float Pool experience preferred
Ideal Candidate
Experienced Medical-Surgical RN comfortable floating between multiple inpatient units
Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
Flexible, adaptable, and confident working in a variety of clinical settings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
