We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to help transform and modernize Archer's enterprise network into a coherent, standards-driven, observable infrastructure. You'll be the technical anchor on a committed team — defining the architectural bar, driving consistency across campuses and sites, and building the automation and observability practices that let the team operate with confidence at scale. This is a tech lead role and you'll be the person the team looks to for design direction, peer review, and technical mentorship.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $152,100 - $190,100. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
