Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse at Ward 2, Woodland View Hospital.
Hours and Shift Pattern:
34.5 hours per week
Hours will be worked on a rotational shift pattern of day and night shifts with weekend commitment.
This post is offered on a permanent basis.
What you will do:
As an NMC registered nurse you will be part of the nursing team providing a high standard of person centred care within Ward 2, a 30 bedded ward for older adults who require complex NHS care, palliative care or end of life care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with time management is essential. You will be required to work effectively with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring evidence based practice and the highest level of care. You will have a key role in providing safe, effective person centred care at all times.
