In our time of Company growth, we seek a Staff Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Whole Chiles Clinic

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Adhere to the time and attendance policy as written in the employee handbook
• Must be able to float to alternative locations as instructed by your supervisor with short notice to ensure adequate site coverage
• Responsible for providing vital signs, interviewing the patient/family, and charting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs of the patients and peers
• Maintain positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, and peers
• Ensure Provider's orders are directed to the various appropriate departments
• Knowledgeable and assist Providers as requested with exams, procedures, removal of sutures, etc.
• Completes medication and DME authorizations for patients in a timely manner
• HS/GED required
• Current LPN license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing
• 1+ years Clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities

• A positive can-do attitude
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

The Staff Nurse LPN ensures services are administered utilizing professional standards with a strong focus on quality, timely care, and exceptional customer service under the direction of the medical provider.
