Job Description

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Clinical Nurse II will discover and learn how to function as a SHC coordinator of patient care, collaborating with other care providers and health team members to provide the required care. The Clinical Nurse II acts as a patient teacher and advocate, assisting the patient in seeking information, assuring the patient has the opportunity for informed consent for treatment decisions and promoting the maximum level of patient-desired independence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of registered nurse experience.

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent

License/Certification:

  • Current state RN licensure
  • Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required

Minimum Knowledge, Skills - Abilities:

  • Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently
