Staff Nurse - UIH Rockford

Join Family Guidance Centers staff in partnership with UI Health Miles Square Health Center L.P. Johnson building in a non-traditional LPN role in Medication Assisted Recovery.

Essential Duties:

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.

• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration

• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.

• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.

• Must be available to travel if needed

Start Date: ASAP

Location: UIH Rockford

Pay Rate: $30.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30a - 3:00p) and every other Saturday

Required Experience:

Education and/or Experience: At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required
