    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger oversight for active tours and events.
    • Support monthly/quarterly close processes, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition and expense reporting.
    • Track and analyze tour budgets vs. actuals; provide variance reporting and insights to management and artist reps.
    • Coordinate with tour managers and finance leadership to align on financial processes.
    • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and support cash flow tracking for individual tours.
    • Assist with audit preparation, tax support, and ongoing internal controls.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 24 years of general ledger accounting experience for Staff; 46+ years for Senior.
    • Background in live events, music, entertainment, or media accounting a plus
    • Comfortable working with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks); Excel proficiency required.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
    • Passion for the music industry and touring culture is welcomed.

    Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status
    Ability to work in the US with no need for sponsorship now or in the future.

    Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles (Westwood), CA Monday-Thursday with Friday remote.
