As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting patient care by performing compounding tasks within a state-of-the-art facility. This position requires an active California and Arizona pharmacist license
What You'll Do
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
- Verifying prescriptions and ensuring accuracy
- Handling patient and prescriber phone calls, offering counseling and suppor
- Performing tasks within the compounding lab, including sterile medication verification and annual touch plates
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to uphold safety and quality standards
- Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Valid, active pharmacy licensure in Arizona and California (dual licensure required)
- Open to all experience levels, including recent graduates willing to undergo internal training
- Prior experience with digital workflows, mail-order logistics, or compounding environments (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent punctuality and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location & Schedule:
