Schedule
Full-time, salaried position
Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Onsite in Chesterfield, MO
Responsibilities
Oversee prescription processing and daily pharmacy workflow
Review prescription data and technician work for accuracy
Provide guidance and oversight to pharmacy technicians
Assist with prescription processing and transfers
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and patient confidentiality requirements
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and team members to maintain efficient operations
Qualifications
Active Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing required
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
0–3 years of experience preferred
Recent graduates and newly licensed pharmacists encouraged to apply
Retail pharmacy experience welcome
Closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
