The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing the distribution of medications to patients with various physical or mental health conditions. Duties include communicating with medical providers to ensure safe medication delivery and patient counseling on complex medication issues. The Pharmacist demonstrates knowledge of co-occurring disorders and makes appropriate interventions while problem solving to ensure all operations of the pharmacy are running efficiently and following all applicable Federal and State regulations. Family & Childrens Services utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care. As a member of a multi-disciplinary care team, you will successfully support clients by providing whole person care with this transformative model.
