Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Las Vegas, NM and we are looking to hire a Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care and support medication management across the hospital.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys working independently, collaborating with healthcare teams, and making a direct impact on patient safety and outcomes.

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Do

• Oversee medication procurement, storage, preparation, transcription, and distribution
  
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
  
• Monitor medication therapy according to established protocols and clinical monitoring programs
  
• Provide drug information and guidance to healthcare providers and patients
  
• Promote medication, safety and appropriate pharmaceutical care
  
• Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy services and participate in special projects
  
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with established policies and procedures
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  
• Current New Mexico Registered Pharmacist license
  
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
