Job Title: Staff Pharmacist, Milford Pharmacy Pay/Benefits: Full-time, weekdays 7:30am-4pm, exempt Reports To: Vice President of Pharmacy Scope of Position: The staff pharmacist will lead prescription dispensing and patient consultation activities in the Milford Charitable Pharmacy (813 Main St, Milford, OH 45150). Additionally, the staff pharmacist will participate in medication donation verification in the adjoining Charitable Healthcare Network (CHN) Medication Access Program, collaborating with SVDP’s VP of Pharmacy to design, test and implement Ohio’s first medication repository. This position will provide direct patient care to underserved patients while developing safe, effective, and efficient intake and distribution of medication donations for the purpose of improving medication access to neighbors in need served by Ohio’s Charitable Healthcare Network of free clinics and charitable pharmacies. Qualifications: Licensed Ohio pharmacist, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, mission-driven, written and oral communication. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds in a faith-based setting. Work Environment: Staff member will primarily work in a pharmacy and adjoining medication warehouse, adequately lighted, temperature-controlled and ventilated in Milford, Ohio.
