$75 – $77 per hour
Approx. $3,080 – $4,312 per week gross

Active Arizona Pharmacist License required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Minimum 2 years recent inpatient hospital pharmacist experience required
Sterile compounding experience required
Ability to work independently required
Board Certification and/or Pharmacy Residency preferred
Acute care hospital experience required
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Safely dispense and manage pharmaceutical medications
Collaborate with physicians regarding medication dosing and therapy
Provide medication education to patients and healthcare staff
Perform sterile IV compounding and admixture preparation
Monitor patient medication profiles and adverse drug reactions
Maintain narcotic accountability and medication safety standards
Ensure compliance with DEA, Joint Commission, and hospital policies
