Job Description
Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate, and timely medication dispensing in a high-volume retail environment. You will verify prescriptions, perform drug utilization reviews, counsel patients on therapies and side effects, and administer immunizations in line with state regulations. The role includes supervising pharmacy technicians, managing inventory and controlled substances, resolving insurance issues, and maintaining full regulatory compliance. You’ll model Walmart’s culture of respect, service, and integrity while delivering excellent customer care and supporting store health initiatives.
