UTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center, is seeking a full-time Staff Physician (Hospitalist) for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at McGovern Medical School. Position Key Accountabilities: Supporting the further growth of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation clinical services and programs at Memorial Hermann Hospitals and other facilities affiliated with UTHealth Houston Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.Consulting, attending, and clinic services at Memorial Hermann Hospitals and related facilities.Attending Physician on-call service coverage for the rehabilitation service at Memorial Hermann Hospitals and related facilities.Complying with all Memorial Hermann Hospital and UTHealth Houston policies, procedures, and reporting.Participating in McGovern Medical School and Hospital Committees.Qualifications: Board Certified in Physician, Medical & Rehabilitation.Texas Medical license or the ability to obtain a license.Outstanding clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
