About the Role

As a Staff Process Engineer, you will tackle diverse challenges, drive process improvements, and execute capital projects at the company's western Indiana or at the west.central Ohio location. You'll develop your expertise through hands-on experience and structured career progression: Staff Process Engineer > Process Engineer > Senior Engineer > Principal Engineer > Senior Leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute key engineering projects, including capital initiatives.
• Optimize daily production processes and implement operational improvements.
• Design and develop continuous process enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and develop corrective actions for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge of chemical unit operations and PSM systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in chemical processes or production.

Salary: $79K-$99K + bonus eligibility / benefits / 401K / relocation assist / EOE / No Sponsorship
