Seeking a Staff Program Manager, Incident Management, for autonomous vehicle development.

Responsible for leading incident response for AV test operations, managing a team of specialists, and ensuring safety, compliance, and rapid resolution of incidents.

Set incident response strategies, develop playbooks, and align cross-functional partners including engineering, safety, legal, and executives.

Oversee major incident responses, provide executive briefings, and serve as escalation point for critical issues.

Partner with technical teams to diagnose issues, improve processes, and support regulatory and legal reporting.

Lead training, incident exercises, and foster a safety-focused culture.
