Lila Medlink is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare facility in Yuma, AZ for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN). This is a direct-hire opportunity for a skilled ER nurse looking to join a fast-paced, collaborative emergency department.
Position Details
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 12-hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Qualifications
Current Arizona RN License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room, ICU, or Critical Care experience within the past 3 years
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
Current BLS, ACLS, and any other required certifications
Strong critical thinking and emergency patient care skills
Compensation
Base Pay: $39.93–$51.91 per hour
Night Shift Differential: $4.50 per hour
Weekend Shift Differential: $4.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus
$5,000 with a 1-year commitment
$10,000 with a 2-year commitment
Relocation Incentives
Three months of housing provided
$5,000 relocation assistance with a 1-year commitment
$10,000 relocation assistance with a 2-year commitment
Candidate Requirements
Must live more than 100 miles from Onvida Health to qualify for relocation and sign-on incentives.
