DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help to prepare banquet rooms for planned events.
• Serving food & beverages at all planned events.
• Assists in all events the Entertainment department is responsible for and participates in various training activities.
• Work with all departments to be able to conduct a lively and professional venue for casino customers and entertainers.
• Will need to work flexible hours, when necessary.
• Attends all staff meetings and required trainings.
• Must comply with policies and procedures.
• All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be people friendly.
• Must be a team-player and team-builder.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Must be 18 at time of hire.
• Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
