Job Summary
The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process. Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.
Job Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor s degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. CPR required.
Experience: Previous Nursing experience preferred.
Job-related Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; Make independent decisions. Critical thinking skills.
