Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Scientist or Engineer (0–2 years of experience) to join our Investigation & Remediation team in Duluth, MN. Our Duluth office is a small, collaborative team supporting a range of projects across northern Minnesota and surrounding regions, including environmental investigation and remediation, due diligence, and support of construction and development projects.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals while gaining broad exposure, hands-on experience, and meaningful responsibility early in your career. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys solving diverse challenges in both field and office settings.
Due to the structure of our team, you’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities and regularly shift between tasks. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to build a well-rounded skill set in a small-team environment, while also giving you the chance to collaborate and connect with experts across our company footprint, broadening your perspective and strengthening your professional network.

Compensation Range:
